RETURNING YOUR ITEM
If you would like to return an item you have purchased from our E-Boutique, please contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us page before sending your item back to our office. All items (except jewellery) can be returned for Online Credit Notes.
Please note that in the interest of hygiene, we only accept jewellery returns if the item you have purchased is faulty. Please refer to the Faulty Items section of this page for more information.
If you would like to order a different size or coloured dress, return your item as soon as possible and we will issue you with an Online Credit Note if the item you are returning meets the following criteria:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Item must have all tags, including the Bluelu Daisy hang tags attached.
We will inspect all return items upon receipt and if your item fails to comply with the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
The cost of all return shipping (including the postage fee to resend a new item to you) will be at your expense and the return item is your responsibility until it reaches our office. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns, to ensure that your item is returned safely to us. Bluelu Daisy is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged.
Once we have processed your return, an email will be sent to you with your Online Credit Note. Online Credit Notes have no expiry date. If you do not receive an email with your Online Credit Note details, please email us on our Contact Us page.
Please note that all returns are subject to availability.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At this stage refunds are only offered in the case of faulty items and we do not offer exchanges. Change of mind or change of size dress returns are issued with Online Credit Notes, which never expire!
Customers are only eligible for a refund if there is a manufacturing fault with the item they have purchased and we are not able to repair or replace it. For more information, please go to the Faulty Items section of this page.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us page to discuss your options for repair or replacement.
If we cannot repair or replace your item, we will offer an Online Credit Note or full Refund. All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of an Online Credit Note or Refund is at the discretion of Bluelu Daisy.
