SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping is FREE for all Australian orders.
- Express shipping is available on Australian orders for a fee of $10 AUD. Please note that Express shipping may not apply to your region. To find out if your delivery address falls under the Express Post network, check here
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking information.
- For Standard shipping within Australia, please allow 3-6 Business Days and for Express shipping within Australia, please allow 1-2 Business Days to receive your parcel.
** Please note that the estimated delivery times listed above are from the shipment date, not necessarily the date of the order. Your order will be processed and shipped 1-2 Business Days after you place your order. All delivery times are estimations and are to be used as a guide only. Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as public holidays, Christmas holidays or promotional periods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard International shipping is currently available to customers based in NZ, Asia, USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, UK & Ireland.
- Standard International shipping is $15.00 AUD.
- All Standard International shipping orders are sent via Australia Post but once your order leaves Australia, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking information.
- For Standard International shipping, please allow 6-10 Business Days to receive your parcel.

All delivery times are estimations only and cannot be guaranteed, due to delays that may occur beyond our control. Bluelu Daisy is not responsible for any delays caused by your local postal service or your country’s customs/border control department. We do not refund orders that take longer to be delivered than expected.
We are unable to advise the amount that you may be charged, as country rules and regulations vary. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out what duties and taxes apply in your country, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website here. If you have not received an email from us with your tracking information, please email us on our Contact Us page.
Please note that once your parcel has left our office, it is the property of Australia Post or your local postal service. Bluelu Daisy is not responsible for parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.
If your parcel does not reach you within 10 days of placing your order, please contact Australia Post directly. If Australia Post are unable to locate your parcel, please email us on our Contact Us page and we will do everything we can to help track and find your parcel.
